2 Luxury penthouse apartments on top of the Station square building in central Hermanus. These penthouses are within less than 100m of the breaking waves and are also on the fourth floor making access limited. NedZink was specified by Architect Andrew Greef to give the owners a maintenance free future being so close to the ocean. The penthouses have a NedZink Nova Standing seam low pitched roof and is vertically cladded by NedZink Nova Lozenge tiles giving the façade a classic penthouse look. The bold design is unique to the area. The loft windows by Tony Sandell Roof Windows were also cladded with NedZink to give a uniform look and a watertight fitment.
