This Heritage home nestled in Newlands got treated to a well-deserved new Spanish slate roof. The building had conventional welsh slate that needed some attention. We stripped the old and used conventional Spanish slate and even through in some Fish scale pattern.
This slate was a perfect substitute and keeps the heritage look of the house intact.
